After all The man was diagnosed with an extremely rare disease. This is known as Persistent Mullerian duct syndrome (PDMS).

So far, only 200 cases of this type of condition have been reported in men with female reproductive organs. according to their genitals and scrotum These cases occur at the onset of pregnancy and involve the Mullerian duct.

Mullerian ducts are present in embryos of both sexes. In females, these pairs of ducts develop into reproductive organs. In males, these ducts are absent.

But in very rare cases, it doesn't disappear. As a result, some boys open their eyes to the world with both male and female reproductive organs.

Symptoms of this condition have both an inguinal hernia and an inguinal hernia But usually there is no way to detect the female genitalia. until surgery to treat the lump

The patient had been suffering from a lump for 10 years, and it grew larger when he stood up or coughed. but will flatten when he lies down.
